Candace Sherk Savage (born 1949) is a Canadian nature and science writer. She won the 2012 Hilary Weston Writers' Trust Prize for Nonfiction for ''A Geography of Blood: Unearthing Memory from a Prairie Landscape''.〔("Candace Savage wins Hilary Weston Writers' Trust Prize for Non-Fiction" ). National Post.〕 Candace Sherk was born in the Peace River Country of Alberta, Canada, and attended the University of Alberta.
